Acai may just be the latest thing, and the advantages it can offer can also be obtained from other fruits. But it’s still harmless to try out since there are no known acai side effects. You can have all the vitamin supplements that contain the best number of acai berry. If not, then you’re better off with the fruits and greens that had been filling you up with vitamins and minerals before.
